Jessica Quesada is Wilson Legal Solutions’ director of sales and marketing. In this capacity, Jessica is responsible for developing new revenue opportunities in and around the Elite Enterprise and 3E applications. She is overseeing the company’s sales and marketing efforts to increase the visibility of the company to law firms worldwide.
Jessica has more than 15 years of experience consulting with law firms, with the greater part of her career focused exclusively on firms that use Elite’s Enterprise software. Previously, Jessica served as an account manager for Data Fusion Technologies. In this role, she developed and managed client relationships across the U.S. and Canada and established and led the firm’s marketing efforts, including its annual training conference. She was the company’s top salesperson and also oversaw marketing efforts.
Prior to Data Fusion, Jessica acted in a client relations capacity at Williams Automated Management Services, Inc., a provider of computer consulting and support services to law firms and other businesses. Jessica automated the company’s service requests programs and built its client relationship programs. She was also responsible for marketing. Prior to her entry in the legal industry, Jessica worked for an auto group and managed all of the customer relations programs, quality control programs, and dealer/manufacturer relationships.
